Many people ask what should they buy to get ready for the test.
I recommend you buy your review book and flashcards over the summer and start to use them once I have finished the first full unit (Period 1) in class.
Here are the books I recommend:
- REA's Crash Course in AP World History by Jay Harmon (he writes the test, just saying)
- Barron's AP World Review book by various authors (recommended almost as highly as REA's Crash Course)
- Princeton Review's Cracking the AP World History Exam, by Monty Armstrong
- Bedford St. Martin's Strive for a 5 by Barbara Ozuna, Ryba Epstein, Patrick Whelan and others (these people also contribute to the test by writing questions)
- iScore5 AP world History app for all phone types. LOVE IT!!
- Barron's AP World History Flashcards (highly recommended)
